PO'd!!!!!   >:(Bought this on a BIN last week.  Seller bailed refunded money.  Thought i had SCORED!!! :'(

Scammer or mistake? There seems to be alot of scams on ebay as of late. My wife was scamed twice in a row. >:(

I have a new 365 Special that I bought locally but I watched it sell twice on the Bay and the first time the buyer never paid and the second time the buyer asked for his money back before the seller shipped the saw.

So I bought it.

Cut4fun and I were looking at it this afternoon in the back of my truck.
