After about 20 tries, I finally got the order to go through the confusing process. Thought I was going to have to call on the phone?

It was a matter of at the end of the order process you have to go back to the beginning and logon to HLS itself even though all the data is right there on the screen and after the login, you have to start the order process all over again including finding your  item, etc, etc.
