I   stand  by  customers  satisfaction  i will  share  this    us postal  service  lost  a  package   i  sent  out  twice   two  different  occassions  two  different     customers   first  was  a  order  for  nla  homelite  parts  when i  found  out  customer  never  got  the  items  i  did  not  waste  time  in getting the  parts  re sent  out  no  additional  cost  customer  was  happy  i  still  today  have  not  seen  that  package  i  however  did  not  use  the  post office the  second  time  i  shipped  thru  ups  yes  ups  is  good  to  use  on bulky  items  2nd time  was  2  used  tools  customer  paid  ahead  of time  the  package  came  back  damaged  and  the  tools were  gone  so  i  had to  credit  the  customer  $ 50  that  the  post  office  refunded  the  other  $ 30  was  a  in-house   credit  .

So   i did  a  test  order  on  a  certain  site  just  to  see  what they  charge  on shipping  even  a  300  dollar  order  they  charge  freight  i  have  numerous  Homelite   etc   in  stock  and   i  am  trying  to  find  homes  for  them  parts  so  i  am  offering  Free  shipping  on  orders  over  $ 50  the  international  ground   UPS  is  not  working  right  now  in the  process  of  figuring it  out
