Go here and find the part number of your butterfly

http://wem.walbro.com/walbro/family.asp

Then search on Google with that part number for a source.

The format for finding the parts list for your carb is . . .

HD-12  or  WT-499 etc.

......  when they call the part "valve, throttle"..... tend to get confused when there is not a part diagram.

$1.79 for the butterfly
62 cents for the screw.

thanks again

After thought here .On some of those Walbros don't forget to peen the brass screw .I didn't once and it swallowed the danged screw and sucked it up through the transfers of a McCulloch 6-10 .

I was ill at the thought .It turned out lucky because it didn't hurt anything .Could have been bad . :(

+2 on the above, it happened to me also, knocked a big chunk out of the top of the piston above the ring groove and a chunk out of the top of one of the transfers. Saved the jug but the piston was trash! Now I peen them over after using red Loc-Tite on the threads. Was my saw but I promptly sold it off as a parts saw. Was a small Husqvarna, IIRC a 50 Rancher.
