Looking for a 346/353 or 2152/2153 crankcase. Does not have to be pretty, just nothing broken or stripped threads. Pm me with details and price. Can just be the halves as well I have a good crank.

Looking for the clutch side only of the crankcase. Pulled mine out today and the fly side looks good.

I don't suggest mixing and matching. They are machined as a unit.

I have done it a few times without a problem but as RoyM suggests, I try to avoid it. Not completely sure but the deck height seems to be the big problem. I have seen where that does not always match up when mixing case halves. I think I have a 346 case half around here do you need OE or NE. You can have it for cost to ship.

It is an new edition. I have mixed some stihl cases before  with some luck. And they don't recommend it either. If you have it red send it down and we will see if it will work. Trying to keep this as low budget as possible. Going to be a mixed bag of husky and j red. Also kind of an experiment the saw got ran over and given to me the cylinder and piston look great on the inside, the cylinder has a lot of broken fins on the intake side towards the clutch and transfers. Just looking to see  how long it will last. Have a 660 cylinder that has some broken fins around the combustion chamber and is still running strong. Use that saw flush cutting stumps, felling trees, limbing, and bucking firewood. The 660 above was but together 2 years ago.  I am glad to here that some of stihls new saw have replaceable halves.
