Need Muffler Baffle and Small set of Dogs PP 475/Jred2077.

Trying to finish up my PP 475. Need the inner muffler baffle and some bucking spikes or dogs. Prefer the smaller of the two styles since this saw will be running a shorter bar but will consider the others.  Reply here or send me a PM.

Been awhile since I ordered this poulan series at OT. Was curious what Ordertree.com still had in stock new.

503426601 small dawg inner  NLA new

503434201  big inner $14.92 new, also outer can be bought new.

Cant find a baffle part number. There was 2 mufflers for these and only show the non-opening one. Not the one you have in 3 parts with 2 halves.

Baffle not needed IMO.

I took the baffle out of one of mine. 505.

The baffle doesn't have it's own part number. I looked. I'm looking for used dogs because I already have too much in this saw. But thank's for taking the time to check out the parts. Sounds like you have an extra baffle laying around. Is it for sale?

Let me check and make sure I didnt put it with another set up.  I got about 5-6 of these saws in various stages of rebuilds, plus the runners still.

Just remembered 2 inner small dawgs I have here I have saved for when I got low on dawgs. Can you Tig weld?  I know 3000 FPS and Scarr could fix these easily.

Seems common for them to break in the thin area.

No extra inner baffles for type 1 mufflers.  Can trace one onto typing paper for ya.

Found the broken smaller inner dawg.

There is 3 NOS small ones for sale on FEEbay.
