Most pioneer bucking spikes were interchangable as I have used nu-17 spikes on many of the p series saws.  Could you get a rough measurement and I could measure my nu-17 spikes as its the only saw that has these type on it still in my posession. If I remember correctly the 3017 was the first electronic ignition. And was the direct predasessor to the p40. HUGE fan of Pioneer saws here.
