STIHL FG2 Filing Guide

No, but great tool!  I've modified a few for chisel chain and they work very well.  Any idea if they're available still on the European market?

Yes.  But the STIHL dealers in UK I contacted refuse to ship them - same policy as US STIHL dealers.  I can't read the German websites, but I see pictures of them there too!
