Kevin,

I soaked some old socks in water and stuffed them in the bore, hoping this may help.   This is the first time doing a jug repair, I'm going to try the jug with the welded top fin first. I don't have inside mics, so will see what happens. This was a used saw that I picked up at a great price.  I'm putting a new Meteor piston in it also.  The original doesn't look so good,,,, lol
