Is that where a 44dl fits, shown?  Also oiler holes line up?   Do you have a 45dl to test fit?

That looks sweet and way better then my hack redneck job I would have done.

I can add a link and make sure but it should work just fine for a 45dl chain. The bar is almost all the back touching on the front bar stud. so there is alot of forward movement to go. I drilled new oil feed holes. I will put a chain on and run it tomorrow just to make sure they line up. Yes that is a 44DL chain on in the picture.

Sweet Thank You for doing this and saving me all the work.

I wore my ole azz out today doing these chains today.  Like 25 on off chains,  was on 3rd tank and 2 or so bar oil.

Was fun though.  Just got in a rhythm.

Just leave as is. It might work out like the 44dl 45dl did on my echo today. Was able to run both on the 1 tensioner hole.

The tensioner hole in the tail closest to the sprocket is for the small mount. The two forward holes are for the large mount it should work no problem. I will send it out tomorrow. once you have it if you need to mod it more no worries. It sure does look funny to have that small of a bar on a 026. I will pay shipping to you no worries. Thanks for putting this chain build off together. I am interested to see the results from today but it maybe a whole different story with 50cc driving the chain.

Thank you. The hardest part is trying to keep the slot straight up the bar. I made a template on the 3003 bar tail. Line up the template with end of the bar and marked out the width and length of the slot. Also marked the tensioner holes. I had to measure out for the oil holes. Used a grinder with a cut off wheel for the rough in. Then did the rest with a flat file. Fun little project.
