Wild262, looks like you missed my last post while you were posting yours :D
Like I said you won't break the LoPro Picco. Looks like you got some bars with the 3/8 LoPro noses. Now all you need is a LoPro rim in small 7 spline which is not available.

This is my best advice.
Buy a Stihl 3/8 Picco 8 tooth rim part#0000 642 1241
Machine out the mini 7 spline bore big enough to slide over your 346 drum splines. Line up the rim on the drum in line with the b/c. Silver solder it in place.
You may possibly be able to cut the seven splines in the bore to avoid the silver soldering.

Trouble with small Huskies is the out board clutch drum splines have to mesh with the oil pump worm gear.

Sounds like a lot of trouble.  Just run the standard 7T 3/8 rim. Keep the chain sharp and keep an eye on the tension.
