I 'engineered' one (attached), in case the OEM one is not available.

Take a block of hardwood (or metal if you have those capabilities).  Drill a hole in the bottom the same size as the hole in the breaker base. Insert a dowel to locate the block on the base.  Make a mark with the breaker punch to locate the center on the top of the block.  Drill a hole of the desired size on the top of the block.

This might actually support the bar nose better than the supplied one.

A really small pipe nipple might work too!
