I used to run alot of big Danzco pin rims years ago racing.  What I am wondering if a 6T to use with 3/8LP picco for smaller saws could be made in small or if it would interfere with the spline. By Danzco.

I'm as guilty as one former member on here for not getting projects done haha.
See no reason for a 6 pin Picco Danzco rim being made for a small 7 spline. Probably never made because not enough call for it.
You could remove a 6T spur sprocket from its drum, enlarge the bore big enough and silver solder it onto a small spline drum.
Should work just fine as the Husky outboard clutched connection to the oil pump worm gear would still work fine.
Making a living with a saw since age 16.
