I was reading in the other thread but didn't post there. Don't plan on any more Molemabs. They cost more from Bailey's anyway.

I ordered a case of 24 bottles of 6.4 oz synthetic 2T oil along with the Molemab wheel and the shipping was like $19.95 and they sat on the order for almost 3 wks before they shipped it. I got a free Bailey's hat.

Madsens will throw stuff in a flat rate box and I get it in 2-3 days in east TN. Baileys seems to be at least a week no matter what shipping you use unless it's 2 day.

I was supposed to have free 3 day shipping but it looks like I got charged for it. Then they sat on the order so long I had to call them twice about it.

The office and the shipping place are 100 mi apart.

I paid for 3 day select UPS from them once and it still took 5 days. They did refund part of the shipping money but it was still a waste since it wasn't on time. I like their parts on hand but without quick shipping they don't help me out a lot. I get much better service from stpike or jacks small engines for husky.

Vary nice looking examples.  I do not have a square grinder so I really cannot envision the complexities involved but I can look at a chain and see the angles and where the beak is.  The end result looks good.

I'm seeing several other variables.

The inside vertical with the small salmon is a little on the sharp side.

The blue wheel is best overall finish to me?

It is probably camera color reflections but do I see a little blue on the gray waxed?

Inside angles are blunt with the white but would probably work well in the woods.

Camera angles cause distortion and outside vertical on the blue wheel looks wrong on the left cutter and correct on the right cutter and I know the vertical dresser angle would have likely been the same on all the wheels.

Nice cutter pictures and excellent attention to the beaks.

Part of my inquiry is wanting you to elaborate on the problems associated with changing to wheels of different diameters and having to move the slide assembly back and forth with the Razur Sharp II ? And what I can interrelate to my Silvey Swing Arm.

By loosening the bolt and sliding the holder closer to the wheel gives you a sharper top plate, I can get about 40 degree before I hit.
Great for play chain terrible for hardwood work stuff.
Salmon wheel seems to be the best for dollar value, the blue is best over all with the nicest finish, a couple of racers have built pretty darn nice chain with them.
My RS is sitting in the garage in cobwebs, maybe time to play with it again

I'll try to get a white background and use my DSLR and get better pictures of those teeth here shortly. I just got back from spending a fortune on a set of tires.:(

I think the angle & lighting combination was best on this picture you took of the chain tooth ground with the white wheel? You probably don't remember just how you did that one?
