I have the km power sweep on KM 90. After church parking lot gets plowed all winter it used to take 5 people with rakes about 3 hours to clean up gravel. I can do it alone with power sweep in 30 minutes.  Power sweep will not hurt grass at all. MM 55 works great and is less tiring to use. We sell around 10 brooms per year. Hard to pick up a rake again after running the power sweeps.
