I love putting a saw together from a box of parts. Not always pretty, but some great work saws have emerged from the junk pile.

365's are a somewhat underated little brother to the 372. BTW, the 365 X-torque should be out soon.

I always liked the idea of the 365 special, looked and looked for one years ago, never did find a new one and I've moved on.
But I'm sure interested in what this new 562 is going to be all about.

To someone asking. This is a completely stock 365 SP.

Other one is.

Down to bare crankcase, just not split setting on shelf waiting to be split.

Baileys has the oem splitter for $56 or do it without with brass drift.

I got my 365 sp going today. I cleaned up the cylinder, put a new ring in it. The compression is at 150. Its ugly but seems to run very well. My future 4 cube cookie cutter. ;) I just love this series of saw. 365/372/385

Are you going to go with a good woods ported gas saw build like the 375 or have you decided to go a step further now?

I'm going to have Dozer Dan woods port it for me as soon as i have a complete saw. I stole parts from my 372 and 2186 to get it running.

Roanoker posted some pics of the first 365 open port cylinder I have seen. 1997 with bolt on intake single ring.

Half of that divider is there to keep the ring from catching
