346 OE is 42MM equivalent Stihl is 024
NE is 44.3MM equivalent Stihl is MS260.

The stoke is longer on the Husky though - 32.5mm vs- 30.0 on the 024 and 32.0 on the 260....

Also the MS260 doesn't have a 44.3mm bore - it is either 44.0 or 44.7, depending of the version.
