them echo cs510/520's are damn fine saws :)
I have one of these made into a model airplane engine and it runs just as good as my Dolmar 115i model airplane engine. Both engines turn a 22 X 8 prop just under 7,000 rpm.

Late model saws: Ported 562 XP without a doubt it will do it all. Older models 262 Husky or 3750, 380 Poulan.

One of my Poulan Pro 505s. 28" bar down to a 20". I could get by with that.
If I could have a second saw then it would be a Poulan Pro 335.

My all one time saw would be my Husky 562XP. From 16" b/c right up to a 28" if I had to.
As a matter of fact just for a few cuts I wouldn't be shy to stick a 32" on.

OEM 75cc HVA 372XPW. Have all kinds of bars and parts. With one of the new TL bars and an 8 pin it goes pretty good! If not that then my 272XPW.

I have a Pro Mac 60 that is light with plenty of power. A bit big for some stuff and a bit small for some stuff but great for most of my cutting.

That is like being asked to tell a person which nut would you liked to be kicked in(if you had 10 nuts that is).....ouch.
Guess I can always cut little with big, but it's almost impossible to cut big with little?

My stihl 440 mag. I have enough parts to rebuild it 10-15 times Completely

I guess that is a good point.
A 16" bar on your Stihl 660 makes it much more nimble?

Dolmar 7900. Can't go longer than 28 because of the oiler. But I can put a 16 inch on it to limb. Id miss my ps540 and my 395xp something awful, though. :-\

Sort of like cut4fun, I like my 3 cube saws (all of them) but could survive, limbing wise, with either of them.
But there are bigger tree trunks in the woods that need one of my Husky 372's to drop and block the trunks. Even in my yard there are Husky 365/372 size trees.
I suppose I could get by just fine with one of my nice 372's if I had to?

I have both stihls and husky,s and my choice would be the 181 se for all around
firewood ,/falling saw, heavy but fairly nimble plenty of power

Simple for me, MS241. All that my favorite saw 242 Husky was but better anti vibe, power and filter. Nothing where I live it can't cut.

Me, I love my 3ci 50cc size saws because of lighter weight. But I think in this case I would have to go with my Poulan Pro 445 71cc with 16" to 24" bars.
Only draw back of this might be parts down the road. So if I had a newer 71cc on hand that would have been my choice.

IF you could pick ONLY 1 chainsaw from your chainsaws you have right now on hand in your stable to use the next 5-10 years what would be your choice and why?
