55 is the best deal from that list

55 is the best of that bunch. I personally would rather have a 346xp.
I would rather have a ported Poulan 335. But not on the list. Oh well.

It is not in the list of saws currently available to him, at any rate he likely won't find a decent 346XP in that price range.

I agree on the 55, unless it is in worse condition than the others.
-
Yep I vote for the 55.

+1 Husqvarna 55!

55 Ive run my 51 for ever, love them.

I agree with Clarke. 55 all the way.

I'd go with the husky 55, good saw and quite prolific. Easy to work on and parts will be easy to find

Hello everyone,
I live in Denmark.
We have about 20m^3 of wood at our place to be cut and I would like to buy a chainsaw. I've used a borrowed chainsaw only a few times before to cut some logs and don't know much about the tool.
I've been offered the following chainsaws from a local collector and maybe you could suggest the best purchase I can make. All of them he says come with new chains, and work perfectly. (None of the wood is very thick, and I can lift every chunk by hand).
Jonsered 535 (1299kr - $218)
Husqvarna 40 - $235
Husqvarna 42 - $235
Husqvarna 55 $235
Jonsered 455 - $201
I appreciate the suggestions,
Thanks a lot, -- Adrian
