Only in the UK. It is the new version of the Oleo-Mac, Olympyk 999. I think the only updates are a plastic cylinder cover.

I don't think they are available in the USA? Looks like UK and AUS stuff?

First I have seen Efco 199. So it is same as the Oly 999 ?
