It will work. When you swap cases it doesn't bother anything. Just the tanks is when the handle,and brake handle don't line up perfect.

That may very well be the difference in the part numbers. Just the colors

You may need the Husky handlebar or the tank (not sure). If you change the handlebar, you will want to change brake handle as well.

IPL is where I got the part numbers. Was questioning the last digit difference. Maybe it's just orange versus red?

Do they run the same bearings, Crankshaft and piston and cylinder? If those are the same I would believe that they would be a direct swap. All can be found using an IPL.

Wondering if 385xp cases will directly bolt into a Jred 2186.
