Title: Weedeater FB25 leaf blower 25cc
Post by: Cut4fun . on July 23, 2012, 05:03:22 pm
Took one of these weedeater 25cc blower in with only 70 psi.

I will say the crank at least is solid and the piston cir-clips are the smallest I have ever dealt with.   Only 2 cylinder  bolts to hold cylinder on and are diagonal. O-ring type cylinder gasket.

IMO They really are made to be  thrown away after burned up. Parts even though cheap for the repair are more then the whole unit bought new for $50 to $79. Thats not even including any labor cost even at my  low rate of $20 a hour.  ;)

Just a generic pic online.

One of these is what I had stole a primer bulb from awhile back for a mini tiller. Was traded in on a older husky blower I had.

Weedeater very small size 25cc leaf blower FB25.   Ring was stuck from carbon bad.  Not worth putting $ in IMO.

Just went out and put everything back together with new primer bulb. Somehow lost the dang air filter setting on the shelf. I just stole a echo felt air filter from a parts saw and cut to fit.

Also had put new tygon 4040 lines in it 2-3 years ago. Just a shop floor cleaner when needed.

Looks like this could be a candidate for the test of tygon lp 1200 line.
