Title: Poulan Lovers GTG
Post by: rms61moparman on September 10, 2012, 10:34:31 pm
I don't know if this has been put out here before.

If it has forget that you heard it and that way it will be all new to you again!!!LOL

The date for the Poulan Lovers GTG is OCT 13, 2012!!!

Mark this one on your calendar guys as it is without question one of the top annual GTGs in existence!

It will be at the family farm of Ohio Gregg in Jenera Ohio.
You can shoot him a P.M. or me if you desire.

Mike

I think I linked it to the calendar here so if someone clicks on date it brings up your info.

I would love to go to that someday.   Maybe after I get retired and settled into Wyoming I will make that trip to the east.  Have fun all you lucky people.

Last year we were in the woods and the temperature was perfect.

We also had a very nice lunch.

Interesting assortment of saws  too not to mention the people .

It's not just Poulans but at that there were some models present I wasn't aware existed .These are not the less expensive Craftsman versions most are familiar with but very powerfull professional grade saws that will hang with the best of them . I was impressed .

Thanks Mike for posting the notice for the Poulan GTG!!!    Its at the same location as last year. Hopefully it will be a little cooler. :) But I'll take anything, as long as its dry! Anyone that needs directions, let me know.

Gregg,

Right now my next couple of Sat's are real iffy for being open for me to do anything.

Try and get some  video of the poulan comparisons in the cuts.

If I can make it I was going to slip my 505 topend back on so it could be compared with the other 80cc - 85cc saws.

What cc ranges are you doing so I know which poulans to get ready for comparisons?

  Like 45cc - 49cc, 50cc - 60cc,  61cc - 70cc,  71cc - 79cc,  80cc - 85cc etc etc that is what I'm asking.
