I put my trusty early 80s 5000 on the shelf when I bought an OE 346xp several years ago. I pulled it out and got it started. It runs strong but won't hold idle. I haven't done a pressure test. I did find a ring and would like to go through the saw, but haven't been able to find crank seals. Jonsered 490 and 590 are supposed to be the same but I can't seem to find them either.
Appreciate any tips and a link to a manual.

Go to ordertree and order for poulan pro 325. I got my last crankcase gasket and seals kit there.
Need IPL or service manual? IPL can be posted here. I have SM that I can email.

I found the listing at ordertree. How many other parts of the poulan interchange? Would the carb kit fit?
Not sure how to arrange for you to email me the SM.
Thanks again.

Never had to put a kit in a PP325 to know which kit that carb used.
