Title: Stihl 034 super + stihl 036

Is there a difference in the stihl 034 super top cylinder cover and the stihl  036 top cover besides the tag?

Al said the 034av top cover had to be trimmed inside to work with the 036 cylinder. So I was just wondering.

Never had a 034 Super, but a decomp entered the picture somewhere in the changes to 036.

I'm looking at 2 covers and they both dont have the de-comp hole, they are both plain flat tops. Just wondering about the plastic underneath on the 034 super and 036, that Al had to trim away on the 034av one.
