Title: Modding an oiler?

I want more bar oil outa my 7300. Anyone ever mod an oiler? make the hole bigger? Wishful thinking?

I never had to mod a oiler, but it can be done. 

I just mod the holes (open up) on the newer bars to my likings. Can also drill more then 1 hole. Also can groove bars to channel oil. You shouldnt need to get into all of that.

I would think if you stayed 28 or under you would be ok on your stock saw.  32 might push the limits of your motor.  36 struggle for 7300 buried, I would bet in hardwoods.
