Having just purchased a 562 from Spike60, I am wondering what the consensus is on bars & chain for this saw. What are you all running?
-
Tsumura light and tough 24" would be nice on it.
-
I run a 24"...another guy I know is running a 32" no problem.
-
The 20" TechLite was virtually made for that saw, and is the longest I would put on it for regualar use.
I just bough a 20" Tsumura Ligh&Tough for my 560xpg, as the 20" TechLite isn't isn't made for the small mount (yet).
-
I do not own a 562XP but from what I have seen of them, they seem to be a 20" chainsaw. If I have a need for a longer bar, I have bigger saws with the longer bars already on them.
Anything longer than a 20" bar would make the 562XP unhandy.
-
I have only ran a demo 562xp that wasnt broken in. 60cc saw in hardwoods to me is 20".
-
OK, Troll, or anyone else, where in the USA can I get a 20 inch tech-lite bar for less than my leg?
-
How about just a arm. :D :D :D
Try that guy you bought the saw from. spike.
-
anything larger then a 24 is having oiler trouble, may be just that saw, but...

Yes, why not - and he may have other suggestions as well. ;)

B/C lengths only depend what models of saws you have in your stable.
Mine goes like this,
338-14"
346/550-16"
562-18"
372-22"to 24"
395-32" to 36".
The 562XP is perfect with a 18" setup in my stable.
