Check the "Made in XXXXXX" label. It is likely a Canadian version of the saw. If it is, it was likely exported from Canada due to the favourable duty rates within  the Commonwealth. Do check the cylinder diameter through the exhaust port because some of the 3400's were 3700's or 3800's.
The bore n a 3400 is 1.81". chrome plated piston, thick rings, 3700 is 1.875", unplated piston, thin rings, 3800 is 1.880"chrome plated piston, thick rings.
Nice find. I've never seen one with those labels.

Now the curious part. Whats the story on it?   Looking for and finding to me is something in itself to me.

Well cut4fun I bought it from a fella in Melbourne Australia who advertised it on gumtree as a Poulan professional of 56cc I rang him and here's what he said the saw was bough new by him from a dealer in Melbourne and the chainbrake kit was supplied with the saw ..... the seller had the chainbrake painted to match the rest of the saw and he used stickers from the kit

Cool. I had wondered about the green under the orange on the clutch cover.
