This saw I got a small engine shop , poured gas in it and it ran ! I had to clean out the fuel system but didn't touch carb

For you 750 primer you may want to try this. I receive this reply from a fellow collector regarding the carb primers.
What generally fails on the primers is the inlet check valve. Follow the fuel line from the bowl to the bottom of the primer. Unscrew that fitting with a 5/8" (or 9/16") socket. You'll probably find a gooey mess retained by a little U shaped spring. Maybe there will be a felt filter covering it all up. Clean it all out and put some 1/4" carb diaphragm punchings under that spring. I stack 3 or 4 there. Voila!, you should have a working inlet check valve. The outlet check valve is a little coil spring and needle with a tiny o-ring. Sometimes the primer plunger o-ring will leak and spray fuel all over the place.
