Need to buy a good torque screwdriver...... They all seem to run about $75 to $100?
(Needed for home electrical wiring connections. Aluminum to copper wire special splice terminals).

From my experience the Wiha 28501 is the best in the 15 - 80 in/oz category. But they are $90+
-
.....these terminals have to be tightened to 10 inch-pounds on the aluminum side and 15 inch-pounds on the copper side to be in "code."
...will try to convert 10 inch-pounds over to 15 inch oz to see if it will be in the range needed.
these expensive little connectors look like this:

10 (inch pounds) =
160 inch oz
15 (inch pounds) =
240 inch oz
-
10 inch pounds equals 1.13 NM
15 inch pounds equals 1.7 NM

Wiha 28504 has that capacity
The Klein that size has been discontinued.
All are rather expensive

thanks. the WIHA brand also needs an adapter for another $15 to use my 1/4" bits?
ever hear of the German brand WERA? about $35 less? no adapter needed for this one.

may as well get one i can trust.
still, they all are cheaper than buying a few rolls of copper wire.

I wish I could have been of more help.
I do feel you should buy one you can trust or you may as well use your hand.
I've heard of WERA but never owned one.
