Hey guys I made it where nobody sees how you voted  on the poll. So your vote counts and nobody can see nothing.

Vote up let me know if you want this ported board or not.

Keven you had a thread over at ## that was called Preformance Parts link, I think.... Something like that here would be a great help.

I dont plan on going through all that again searching and posting JW.  Plus I think someone else started the thread from the east coast and I just helped adding info there.  Plenty of brains there that could do that on a performance minded  site.

I will help people find the info they need when they ask.  But no reason for me to list performance links anymore. I lost ALL interest in that stuff totally.

All a firewood cutter wants in my area is a sharp chain and a saw that will start and make the cuts over and over.

In all seriousness it's doubtful if 2 percent of all saw users nation wide even own ported saws . Of that 2 percent it's doubtfull 25 percent know how to do it .

I know in this area I live in I'm the only  one I know of who has any enhanced saws .

I've learned some and hopefully have given some usable advice on how to from what I do know .

I don't think it's a bad idea unless it gets in a pizzing contest .There's like 50 ways to skin the same cat and get the same results . Some use computer software ,some old school guys like me use a port map and intuition .More specifically an educated guess . No matter what a person uses it's all for naught if you lack the manipulative   skills to use a die grinder .Some do,some don't .

No need to keep this going for 120 days. Only 1 vote against new ported board.

You can still build and show your port work in the makers threads.

Just will start a ported board for those that wants it. 99% of the voters say ported boards so far.

Hi Cut4Fun, I see I am a bit late but I vote "Hell Yes"! Always been interested in learning all I can about porting saws, timing adjustments etc. & have done a few small block chevy's & 6's in the past but never a saw, yet! I guess it is time to do some reading for sure!
Thanks, Robbin
