I was at my Stihl dealer a few days ago. The parts/warranty employee, the mechanic and I were having a good conversation about chainsaws.
I voiced my concern about the lack of interest in helping people with the 201t running problems that Stihl created with defective parts.
The parts/warranty woman said she had all kind of problems out of nearly all the MS441 saws she had sold and Stihl showed similar interest in helping!
She didn't elaborate on what kind of problems.

It is common for them all to deny any trending problems until they have some handle on the size/scope of it, then if they decide that there is indeed a problem that is their fault, they usually take care of it.
