Craftsman saw had the oil pump go out i think. The saw is not pumping bar oil which caused it to get so hot it actually melted a bunch of plastic under the saw clutch but i cant seem to find a diagram that shows the pump can anybody send me a link if they know where it is?

only one I had melt bad had been run with chainbrake on. You may need a saw body but they are cheap and easy to change out.
-
Yep the only time I have seen that also was because the chain brake was on.

Guess i should have given a little history on this particular saw. I got it from a guy who received it for a Christmas present and in the first few minuets of owning it put bar oil in the gas tank and gas in the bar oil tank. So it messed the saw up pretty bad but i got it for free and its brand new so just been rebuilding it.

Ok that should be easy to correct. Flush out fuel tank replace filter and lines and take carb apart and spray every orifice with some carb cleaner and get an oil pump from ebay. Then rock and roll.
