Without any disassembly, is there any way to know for sure that I'm looking at a Super rather than a WB, AV, AVEQ, etc.?

Thank you

I believe the supers had a factory pop up piston. I could be wrong. pop the muffler and peek in there.

I had to do this recently. Only way I could be sure was to remove the exhaust and using one of those wood coffee stirrer sticks (which are ideally rounded on the ends for this kind of job) I inserted it across the top of the piston and butted it up against the far cylinder wall, then gently lifted the piston via the recoil until it indented the wooden stirrer. Then remove it and measure the piston diameter.
