Guy dad used to have mill his logs was selling out and moving. Dad was buying some of his stuff.
Updated his grinder to a tecomec 8). When I first saw it I thought it was a oregon 511.
Tecomec made in Italy happen to make the grinders for oregon?
I was impressed with it. Seemed well built and like the way the manual vise etc worked. Told him it was proably a $250 or better grinder new. Still looks like new too with not much use.

That's like a Oregon 520-120 the current model of the former 511AX etc

136 should have the forward/ reverse switch. I like them VG grinder IMO. Couldn't find one when I was in the hunt for one. Bought a Foley 308 for $168 del w/manual no less.

After much consideration, I decided to not bother with putting the (forward - reverse) switch on my 511A . The grinder is good enough the way it came from Oregon. I've had it some 4 years. I got it used from our chainsaw friend in Columbus with a worn out vice. I put a new Tecomec vice assembly on it and it has worked perfect ever since. A couple times I have taken it on location to the job site and sharpened the chains as they became dull.

I dont miss forward and reverse on my USG either. Does a fine job without.
