Title: Outrageous echo 2511t air filters

Ok so i was in a hurry and cleaned my air filter with carb cleaner last time instead of a gentle soak in hot soapy water ...FML.... went to clean it i was out in my shop a little while ago... and im looking at the filter tap it off and its super dry and separated cut at every brace... shoulda took a pic any ways i made a makeshift foam one figured i would use it sunday and order one.... HOly crap they are over 25-30 bux and more with  fast shipping....anyone know of a non oem cheap one like a stens copy?even hL supply is overpriced....i will let y'all know if i find any and how my foam contraption works LOL......PS be gentle if you have one and dont have spares.....

Looks like OEM 19.99 + shipping.   Mise well make a bigger order.   I go to Sawagain before HL myself .  HL last place I check anymore.   $5 difference right there.

I bought one at my local dealer for 25 plus tax....LMFAO...the 271t filter was like 8 bux and it filters fine with no modifications....I made a foam insert but it wouldnt let it breathe right.....Let's all hope stens comes out with a copy of the oem one.....I will be using my 271t for all palms now as it filters better and  the filter can be cleaned with carby cleaner...Plus cost a 3rd and its only a pound or so more then the 2511t...it does not spool up as good but i can deal with it....
