Also just to show. The 250c manual does show the walbro and zama fully adjustable carbs too.
Not just the zama non H ones shown in IPL.

Lower is what this saw has and what others in my group has seen in 250c they worked on recently.

I left all those springs out of the 2 purge lines. I can see why they were in it though. The black oem echo lines seem to work without it.

Just so you know if you come across one with H L and I on zama. Their 250c IPL shows it. 24 L, 25 H and 23 I

This Zama on this easy start 250c stihl seems like it maybe fully adjustable. Is that what I am seeing?
Weird carb I am not used to seeing so wondering.

Corey confirmed in my CR group he just had a zama on a 250c in too that was fully adjustable.

New muffler ordered.

Muffler was getting loose and caused some melt on the plastic. But nothing through as far as I can see.

Piston is sweet

If get time might pull everything in back to see what carb of the 3 it has.

I saw this short clip, a neat way to reassemble the clutch that comes on most saws of Chinese origin.

Stihl 250C IPL   https://www.diyspareparts.com/parts/stihl/diagrams/ms250-c/

Looking at IPL 3 carbs showed and 1 WT-215 does have H L. Other 2 do not. So now I need to know if I have a C1Q one or not.

I think that stihl 250c easy start I traded for will clean up nicely.

Hopefully  be easy to start for dad too.  Little harder then the easy start 180 I gave him years back.

Going to replace those purge bulb lines with echo oem ones.

New purge bulb and Denso plug put in to check things. Start up in couple pulls. 😎👍

Might get him a new muffler set too.

Question on carb. I didn’t remove stuff to look.
But air filter cover shows H L and I.
Going through L hole on handle. I don’t see anyplace going through top cover for a L on carb area.
Might have to pull it all or just black rubber to tell.
Any info?
