Jonsered 920 pulse line replacement
« on: February 24, 2017, 07:48:48 pm »
I found a jonsered 920 sitting by the curb waiting for garbage pickup. It looked to be in great shape. I took it home cleaned the carb and put a new gas line on it and got it to run. Didn't have much use for it so it's been in my garage for the last year. Started it up the other day, wouldn't stay running. Started tinkering with it and noticed the pulse line is shot.

Before I get into this, I was wondering if this line can be changed without taking the fuel tank apart? I don't know much about chainsaws. I do like fixing things, hopefully I can get this old timer running well. The tag on it says it from '84
