Well I thought my idea was a good one. Pull the carb and choke set up from the non-av saw my dad gave back and put on the av saw that had carb issues and missing choke parts.

Well well non-av saw ended up having throttle linkage and zama carb and the av saw had throttle cable and walbro. I said oh well to myself and started rednecking. Pulled the throttle shaft etc out of both saws as the cable one hooked on the right side and linkage one on left. Ended up having to cut part of left side so full throttle could be had where the Idle screw goes to was to big and hitting zama body.

Still haven't got it started but broke the lower left av spring and stopped.

So got got more time in the dang thing then the $20 it is worth IMO.  :-X  Will trade both for a poulan.  ;D
