So who really made this  McCulloch 1635  35cc ?  Looks to be newer model.

McCulloch was actually owned by Jenn-Feng at the time this saw was built. Jenn-Feng is a Taiwan company and is supported in the U.S. by MTD. Husqvarna now owns McCulloch.
