Hmmmm that last ryobi tiller was turning closer to 9K and was pretty fat after I adjusted it down.  Maybe that is the issues on these.  All that have came to me was 9plus from factory.  Except the one I couldnt check as it had already **** the laminated crank.

The one I just did is pig fat at 7800
