I have a contraption on my 28 cc Echo that uses either three nylon blades or three metal tipped blades . I works pretty well ,much better than nylon line .

The nylon spool thing came apart on me twice and shot down the driveway heading north  at about 100 miles per hour .It might have made to lake Erie for all I know .Got tired of fooling with it .
