Chainsaw Repair

Perhaps I didn't make a clear description of the situation:
When I click on "ask question", page goes to where you ask question. You are asked if question was answered and when you check NO you are not given the opportunity to ask a question-------
I just assume that this seller just list items and doesn't take questions. or might be that they are out of town or something?
Sorry for trying  to start such a silly discussion.
