So what I thought was a 1632 (F55) turned out to be a 1646 (F65).  I was right about the seized statement. One of the coil bolts had come loose jamming the flywheel.  Cleaned up the carb and new fuel line and filter and away she went.  came with a nice 20" bar and good chain.  65cc of old school grunt!

Got to love that. I take care of a 65 a guy bought new. Nice grunt saws like you say.
