Chainsaw Repair

I was rebuilding a 660 a while back. Put the saw all the way back together, look down and what's that on my bench a cir clip. Oh man. That was a close one.

did that once. then another time found a c-clip on the bench after i reassembled a saw, tore that saw back down only to find both clips in place. turned out to be from the previous rebuild and was a left over used one. tossed it back in the little container i keep all the used ones in. good to have lots of used ones around but not out where they'll play games with your head.
