You guys have any luck finding those nozzle type check valves?  I may have to rehab an HDA164 very soon....

2. Flux Rod - Spring and Switch
3. Twist - Screw
4. ChIP Steak - Fuel Line
5. Adapting - Fitting

Kevin  normally  when a  parts  lookup  says  call  us  that  normally  means  NLA   alot of dealers  order  parts  as  needed  basis  keeps  down the  overhead

The check valve was leaking in my 164. The 137 works great on the saw. If you dont mind a smaller carb the 49 will work too.

I have not run into a bad one yet.   But since the 137 is no longer, we just use what we have.

Info on walbro HDA-164 check valve leak issues.

A while back I asked Walbro about a replacement for that check valve. This was the reply I got.

I found a close match - Walbro part number 86-685-1 which has a 52 jet versus 55 in your 86-654-1. Worst case you could drill out 86-685-1 to match 86-654-1.

I upgraded my 3000 to a HDA164 carb & used that suggested check valve. Seems to work fine.
