Welcome

Dump the old fuel out and start with new fuel

It should start right up?

Typically after you run it a couple days, it will get to where you can not adjust the carburetor?

It is then time for a new metering valve diaphragm in the carb.

If it doesn't start right up for you, get back on here.
We should share what we know... someone may learn...

Bought one of those new in 1994.  1 carb kit and fuel line replacement so far.   Also had a coil go out once.

OEM fuel lines tend to dry rot and crank.  Look it over (fuel line inside handle, into tank and air filter area to carb) and fuel up like 660mag said.

Good little saws if you can stand the vibrations on the hands.
