Is there anyway of stopping these bigbox store Poulans from dripping oil after use?  I've tried burping the oil tank but doesn't seem to have much effect.

Thanks,

Lee

These saws are generous bar oilers. After shut down,  it is the bar that is draining down. I usually park the saw with the clutch area on a rag.
Line A has the filter and they use a small line filter.
Line B is the primer bulb return (larger line) to the tank and is retained by a tubing coupler inserted in the line than pulled back up to the tanks wall.
There are two kinds of primer bulb fittings
1: two small lines....2: one small line and one thick line.
