Largest bar on a 3450

I have a need for a larger bar and wondered if I could put something like a 36" bar on my 3450?  Maybe with a skip chain?  Has anyone done this yet, or should I be buying a new saw?  I do not need to cut much with it, maybe 1 hour of cutting or so.

If your 3450 is 54cc I like a 16" on them.  36" out of the question IMHO.

Some 3450 type 3 or ones I built can have a 60cc top on them. Still at best 20" 22" 24"  and I would stay at 20"

I dont even know if they make a small mount 36" anyways.  It would have to be a K095 mount then mod the bar adjuster holes. The 3450 is K041 mount.

I would say 20" bar is the max that I would go on a 3450.
