Chainsaw Repair

Greetings, my first post- new to the forum here, I have enjoyed reading the content very much.  I recently acquired a Poulan 3300 Forester chainsaw off a local CL ad and the reason the guy was selling was due to the fuel lines had rotted and somebody had replaced but had the routing of the replacement lines incorrect.  This chainsaw didn't seem to have seen too much use, I cleaned it up, then fixed the fuel line circuit routing issues and now the saw runs great.  But the green Tygon line is currently the impulse line.  I want to fix that for long reliability and was wondering if the fuel line kit #530069216 has a special or distinctly different and separate type of line that comes in that kit.  Or can I use a proper size automotive style vacuum line for an impulse line.  It is a tight fit to route properly through the handle/switch area.

Is there a BOM short list of materials I should be rounding up right now for keeping this saw reliable in the long term before certain parts become NLA?

Thanks very much for the information.  I see you also have a metal spring hose clamp on the engine block side.  Looks like I will also need to locate couple of those as well.

If a snug fit it isnt needed. I have them with and without.

I think I remember using some Blue (Stens ?) for the impulse and the Oregon 30% ethanol for the others

Cut: I ordered that clutch drum, I assume you run regular .375 rims for lo pro ?
